I use Top Camera (Full Version) to take photos using slow shutter on my iPhone 5. The app allows users to take HDR and Slow Shutter photos, Video, and is a Photo Editor. The full version saves a high resolution version of the image while the free version save a low resolution version. Below are some additional pictures I have taken using the app.
