Since my laptop and I are not attached at the hip, I end up using my iPhone (or iPad) to edit photos A LOT. Today, I’m sharing my 5 favorite apps for editing pictures on the go.
VSCO
First up is my absolute favorite, VSCO. VSCO is great for editing moody photos with aesthetic tones. The presets included are incredible and the app gives you control over specific aspects, like contrast, temperature, and shadows. VSCO is also a community for creators.
Lightroom CC and Photoshop Express
I’ve included apps two and three together because Adobe. These apps are very similar to the Lightroom and Photoshop you’re already used to. My favorite thing about these apps is that if you have Creative Cloud, all of your edits are on the cloud and can be accessed between your phone and computer.
Snapseed
Snapseed has too many features to list out. I use Snapseed when I’m editing photos that are the complete opposite of why I use VSCO. I use VSCO for moody and Snapseed for bright and airy.
Instagram has really come a long way since it first started. The filters look better and you now have much more control over the in-app editing processes.
